We research every listing, but places close, change hours, and raise prices. Treat what you read here as a starting point, and confirm details with the venue before you travel. You are responsible for your own safety and choices when you visit.

Bookings are with others

Some listings link to booking sites. Any booking is between you and that provider, on their terms. We may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for their services.

Your account

Keep access to your email secure, since that is how you sign in. Do not use the site to break the law, send spam, scrape it in bulk, or interfere with how it works. We may suspend accounts that do.

What you send us

When you submit a suggestion, photo, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it. You keep ownership, and you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, and publish it on UniqueToDo and in promoting it. We decide what to publish and may remove anything.

Our content

The text, selection, and design of UniqueToDo belong to us. You are welcome to share links and short quotes. Photos are credited to their creators and used under their own licences, shown alongside each one.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or any place listed on it. Our total liability to you is limited to $100.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
