Why it's unique
The ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy, opened in 1979, is described as the only museum in the world devoted exclusively to professional rodeo. It is the official hall of fame of both the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and the Women's Professional Rodeo Association, and inductions happen here.
The exclusivity is what carries the claim. Museums of western heritage are common and several are much larger; a museum about the professional sport specifically, rather than about cowboys in general, is the narrow thing. The wording originates with the museum, so the claim is carried here at reduced confidence pending an independent check.
