Dolphin Club is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, $12, 9 to 5 in winter. South End is Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Stay inside the cove, with water in the high 50s or low 60s Fahrenheit and no lifeguards. Be a competent open-water swimmer.
